Japanese Porcelain Plate Decorated in Hong Kong
This lovely little bowl was produced in Japan in the 1960's. The decoration was completed in Hong Kong due to the high demand for Chinese decorated porcelain during that time period. The bowl has a green floral motif within and a diamond patterned border that is similar to a crosshatch pattern. There are four small animal depictions surrounding the center flower. All decorations are highlighted in gold trim. The bowl is stamped "Japanese Porcelain Ware Decorated in Hong Kong" and there is the remnant of some type of sticker on the base. Excellent condition.
Bowl diameter is 5.5 inches. Depth is approximately 1 inch.
