This is a vintage reproduction of the painting created by the Japanese artist, Utagawa Toyoharu, who became known for ukiyo-e prints.  The image is marked "Courtesy of Freer Gallery" and features the semblance of the original's signature and seal.  It is matted in a neutral brown border that offsets the colors in the print.
