18th to 19th C Canton Blue Chinese Porcelain Bowl
This beautifully detailed bowl dates to the late 18th/early 19th Century. The Canton Blue Porcelain bowl features a traditional pavilion and landscape theme with the houses, willow trees, a river, birds and boat in vivid cobalt blue. It has a diaper border outlined with the spearheads. The upper rim of the bowl is trimmed with gold, which was a common feature on this type of porcelain.
There is a hairline that measures 2.5 inches. No other damage discerned. The bowl presents beautifully.
The dish has a diameter of approximately 5.5 inches.
