Antique Bradley and Hubbard Parker Lamp - Converted
One of the original "Parker" lamps produced by Bradley and Hubbard, this oil lamp has been converted to an electric but still features the original cast zinc, onyx, and brass. The feet are four winged cherubs that are surrounded by ornate scrolls. The onyx column supports the brass fount holder. (Pictures taken immediately after acquisition. Basic cleaning will be occur prior to shipping.)
The lamp dates to the later 19th century, as the "Parker" wasn't introduced until 1891. The lamp without the globe measures 23" in height, approximately 31" with the globe and chimney.
There is some minor chipping to the bottom ring of the globe and there is an area where the onyx was damaged and lost. This area is about the size of a nickel. Price with consideration to damage, age, authenticity, and aesthetics. Additional pictures available upon request.
