Ming Dynasty Dehua Blanc de Chine Molded Jarlet
This is a very Fine Antique Chinese Dehua Blanc De Chine Jarlet produced during the Ming Dynasty. The jar is simply decorated with molded flower blossoms, as was common during the time. Acquired from the collection of Maria Worthington of Northern Virginia.
It measures approx. 3 inches tall and 2.75 inches wide.
There is some glaze crawl, a firing crack, and what appears to be a stress fracture at the base of the jarlet. All flaws should be expected based on age. The jar is in excellent condition as shown in the pictures
