17th Century Blue and White Chinese Porcelain Dish
This is an nice example of a provincial Kangxi Blue and White Chinese Porcelain Dish decorated with a common lotus pattern enhanced by the unique center medallion. The exterior is decorates with 3 lovely flowers. The typical two blue rings used during the Kangxi period surround an underglaze blue mark within double squares.
There are firing flaws present as well as iron spots, as should be expected. The dish is in good condition, with wear consistent to age and use.
The weight shown gives consideration to the extra padding necessary for safe shipping. The bowl has an approximate 5.5 inch diameter.
