Pair of Oxblood Chinese Porcelain Vases
This Pair of Oxblood Chinese Porcelain Vases have bottle necks with a slightly flaring mouth. The glaze is very thick and has a mottled appearance. The color variation ranges from almost brown to a pinkish color. There are some signs of age and firing flaws. The vases are thought to date to the 2nd half of the 20th century.
The base is marked with a 6 character apocryphal Kangxi mark in underglaze blue. I've provided several pictures of the foot ring to assist in your assessment of the piece.
The vases are approximately 8.5 inches tall. There is no damage.
The weight listed gives consideration to the packaging required for safe shipment.
