This a bronze alloy ritual pot with has archaic designs of birds in relief. It was styled in the manner of bronzes created before and during the Ming Dynasty. There is an apocryphal Qianlong mark to base. However, this censer dates to the 3rd quarter of the 20th century.
The vessel measures approximately 4.5 inches by 4 inches. There is no damage, only signs of wear and use.
