This traditional mudman statue is a detailed depiction of a Chinese fisherman made from some sort of clay. The fisherman is clothed in a blue robe and in a sitting position patiently awaiting a catch to place in his bucket. He has his straw hat resting on his back. The fisherman seems oblivious to his missing fishing pole as he sits on sits on a flambe glazed base.
The figurine is 4.25" tall and 2.5" wide. There is no damage other than the missing fishing pole. "China" is incised on the base.
