Thia Japanese mixed metal vase was created using brass and other metals, possibly silver, to form a beautiful design of chrysanthemums, blossoms, and other foliage. The vase body is an unknown metal alloy decorated with gold highlights and what appears to be silver lacquer on the vase. However there is also white metal exposed on the base. The decoration appears to be inlaid. There is a signature on the lower right side. It is believed to date to the 19th century.
The vase has some condition issues which are shown in the pictures. There are scratches and dings, tarnishing, and a dent to the front decorated area that cannot be captured in the pictures. Priced based on condition.
