This Late 19th to Early 20th C Guan Yin Porcelain Statue depicts the merciful goddess poised among the clouds. The polychrome enamels vary in color featuring a vivid pink, blue, turquoise, yellow and red. The tanned cheeks are commonly seen on early 20th C porcelain. There is an impressed marked along with "China" on the base of the statue.
The statue is about 9 inches tall and about 3 inches wide across the base.
